TAP
Justice Weinstein has announced his retirement midway through this year.  Stay tuned for further information on the next Administrative Justice and what changes – if any- will be made.
For now Justice Weinstein will continue conferencing all cases that are 3rd time on, and many cases are expected to go to trial 3rd time on even if standards and goals is months away.  He is no longer allowing the plaintiffs to vacate a Note of Issue or 325d the case to avoid an impending trial if the case is otherwise ready.  If your case has this marking “Fin(T),” be ready to proceed to trial that day.
